Qualification Criteria
We’re seeking to attract a mix of lenders and borrowers to our protocol. Our ideal lenders are institutional entities with robust lending capacities, looking for collateralized, high-yield investment opportunities. On the other hand, our borrowers are primarily Fintech companies, adept in underwriting their own business or consumer loans, and seeking capital to scale their operations. By establishing an outreach program for these protocol participants, Tribal Finance broadens its market reach, enhances liquidity, and offers diversified investment opportunities within the platform.
For Fintech Borrowers:
- Must underwrite their own business or consumer loans.
- Borrowing capacity of at least $1,000,000.
- A minimum of 2 years of successful underwriting history.
For Institutional Lenders:
- A lending capacity of at least $1,000,000.
Rewarding Your Efforts
We appreciate your efforts and have devised a rewarding structure:
- Successful Meeting: Earn $125 in USDC for a successful meeting setup with a qualified referral.
- Borrower Onboarding: A reward of $1,000 in USDC for successfully onboarding a borrower.
- Lender Onboarding: Receive $2,000 in USDC for successfully onboarding a lender.

Additional Details
- Validity: A referral will be considered valid only if the contact hasn’t already been in touch with us or isn’t in our database
- Reward Payout: The rewards will be disbursed in USDC within fifteen (15) business days after the validation by Tribal Finance of the successful meeting or onboarding steps, as applicable
